Article 1 – Subject matter of the contract
Through https://myohjewelry.com, MyOh sells jewellery and other products described on the individual product pages.
The sales contract is concluded exclusively online, through the Customer’s access to the website, selection of products, entry of the required information and confirmation of the order according to the procedure provided on the website.
Before confirming the order, the Customer is invited to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the pre-contractual information, the Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy and the other policies available on the website.
By confirming the order, the Customer declares that they have reviewed and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 – Pre-contractual information
Before the contract is concluded, the Customer may review the main characteristics of the products on the relevant product pages.

The Customer undertakes to check the accuracy of the information entered in the order and to promptly report any errors or required corrections.
Article 4 – Products and images
MyOh undertakes to describe and represent its products as accurately as possible.
The images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Slight differences may occur between images displayed online and the actual product, for example due to lighting, screen settings, handcrafted production or the natural characteristics of the materials.
Minor variations do not constitute a product defect where they fall within the normal handcrafted, material or production characteristics of the jewellery.
Article 5 – Product availability
The product availability shown on the website refers to availability at the time of the order and should be considered indicative.
If a product becomes partially or totally unavailable after order confirmation, MyOh will promptly inform the Customer by email.
If a product is unavailable, the Customer may choose, where possible, to:
- wait for the product to be restocked;
- replace it with another available product;
- cancel the order or the part of the order relating to the unavailable product.
In the event of cancellation, MyOh will refund any amounts already paid for the unavailable product in accordance with the time limits provided by applicable law.

All sale prices shown on the website are expressed in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are not included in the product price but are shown and calculated during checkout before the order is confirmed.
MyOh may change product prices at any time. Products will be invoiced or charged on the basis of the prices shown on the website at the time the order is confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error caused by a technical, IT, manual or other issue, MyOh reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid by the Customer.

- credit and debit cards;
- Shopify Payments;
- Shop Pay;
- Apple Pay;

Article 8 – Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped by courier, using the most suitable option among the available services, including DHL, BRT, UPS, Poste or other couriers.
Average delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected:
- express delivery: approximately 1–3 business days;
- free standard delivery: approximately 2–6 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and may be subject to delays for reasons beyond MyOh’s control, including remote locations, adverse weather conditions, periods of high logistics traffic, holidays, strikes, transport disruptions or extraordinary events.
Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are stated in the “Shipping Policy” and summarised at checkout before the order is confirmed.
In general, unless otherwise indicated at checkout:
- standard shipping in Italy is free;
- for the European Union, standard shipping is free above the threshold stated on the website;
- for other destinations, standard shipping is free above the threshold stated on the website;
- any paid express-shipping options are shown at checkout.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and telephone number provided when placing the order. It is important to provide a complete address and a valid telephone number so that the courier can complete delivery correctly.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or costs imposed by the authorities in the destination country are borne by the recipient.
For further details, please refer to the Shipping Policy available on the website.
Article 9 – Order cancellation
The Customer may request cancellation of the order at any time before the order has been fulfilled, that is, before shipment.
Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal or request a return within the time limits and under the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.
To request cancellation, the Customer may contact MyOh at hello@myohjewelry.com, stating the order number.
Article 10 – Right of withdrawal
For online or distance purchases made by consumers in the European Union, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the product, without penalty and without having to provide a reason.
The right of withdrawal is the statutory “cooling-off” right and allows the Customer to cancel the purchase and return the product within the time limits established by applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send MyOh an explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day period expires.
The communication may be sent:
- through the return form available on the website;
- by email to hello@myohjewelry.com;
- by certified email (PEC) to myoh.jewelry@pec.it;
- through another explicit written statement.
The Customer must return the product without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed MyOh of the decision to withdraw.
The product must be returned intact, unworn, unused, in its original packaging and complete with any accessories, documentation, tags and proof of purchase.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by MyOh or in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product for reasons attributable to MyOh.
MyOh may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Customer provides proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For complete information, conditions and procedure, please refer to the Refund Policy available on the website.
Article 11 – MyOh commercial return
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, MyOh offers customers the option to request a commercial return within 30 days from delivery of the product.
The MyOh commercial return is an additional service offered by the brand and applies to eligible products that meet the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.
To be eligible for return, the product must:
- be intact and in the same condition in which it was received;
- not have been worn, used or damaged;
- show no signs of wear, scratches, alterations or tampering;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by the order number, receipt or proof of purchase;
- include any accessories, materials or packaging received with the product.
The costs and risks of return shipping are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by MyOh or in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product for reasons attributable to MyOh.
Article 12 – Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned, except in the case of a lack of conformity or other mandatory rights provided by law:
- personalised or made-to-measure items;
- products modified at the Customer’s request;
- gift cards or gift vouchers;
- products damaged for reasons not attributable to MyOh;
- items purchased as part of a final promotion, outlet sale or special sale, where this was clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
The exclusions above do not in any way limit the rights recognised to the Customer under applicable law, including the statutory legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 13 – Defective, damaged or incorrect products

All products sold on the website are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, the consumer Customer has the right to have the goods brought into conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement, or to the other remedies provided by applicable law.
The statutory legal guarantee does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use, impacts, falls, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, salt water, aggressive detergents, failure to care for the product or normal wear.
For the correct care and storage of jewellery, please refer to the care instructions available on the website.
Article 15 – Invoicing and tax documents
For every order placed on the website, MyOh sends the Customer an order summary.
An invoice, if requested and where available under the applicable tax legislation, must be requested when placing the order by correctly entering the required information.
Once an invoice has been issued, the information shown on it cannot be changed.

MyOh is not liable for errors in the information provided by the Customer, including the delivery address, telephone contact details, billing information or other information required to fulfil the order correctly.
