All our jewelery has a 2 year guarantee. This guarantee is international and applicable to every product. During this warranty period if your Myoh becomes damaged it will be repaired or replaced*.
If your product is no longer under warranty, we still offer a repair service: send us your jewel and we will evaluate its condition. We will offer you a quote to refresh it or, if you prefer, you will receive a discount code to purchase a new one. Out-of-warranty repairs include: fixing pearls and cubic zirconia, soldering components, electroplating and polishing to restore the jewelry to its original appearance. The refurbished product will have a new 12 month warranty.
*The warranty covers product defects. Any wear due to normal use or breakages due to improper use are not covered by the warranty. Check what our guidelines are for best preserving your jewel.
