All our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. This warranty is international and applies to every product. During this warranty period, if your Myoh gets damaged, it will be repaired or replaced*.
If your product is no longer under warranty, we still offer a repair service: send us your jewelry and we will assess its condition. We will provide you with a quote to refresh it or, if you prefer, you will receive a discount code to purchase a new one. Out-of-warranty repairs include: fixing pearls and zircons, component soldering, plating, and polishing to restore the jewelry to its original appearance. The refurbished product will have a new 12-month warranty.
*The warranty covers product defects. Any wear due to normal use or breakage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty. Check our guidelines to best preserve your jewelry.

We commit to shipping your jewelry within 7 business days of receiving the order (but usually much sooner!) and use DHL Express as the shipping method, which delivers to most of Italy within two business days from the shipping date and within four business days in the EU.
