Shipping

We prepare every MyOh order with care and send you tracking details as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

Italy

• Standard shipping: free — estimated delivery in 2–6 business days.
• Express shipping: €10 — estimated delivery in 1–4 business days.

Europe

• Express shipping: €25.
• Free shipping on orders of €200 or more.

Rest of the world

• Express shipping: €40.
• Free shipping on orders of €250 or more.

All shipments are trackable. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Not available at the time of delivery

If the courier cannot contact the recipient at the time of delivery, they will normally attempt delivery again on a following day, or may leave a delivery notice with the information needed to arrange another attempt. No additional delivery charges are expected for these further attempts.

Important: Please provide a valid telephone number and a complete delivery address so that the courier can contact you if necessary and complete the delivery correctly.

Customs duties and import taxes

For destinations outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied in the destination country are not included in the order total and are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking any potential additional costs with the local customs authorities before placing your order.
