Products

MyOh jewels are all handmade in nickel free .925 silver compliant with European directives.

They are galvanized in yellow or rose gold, or 100% Made in Italy rhodium plating.

The products may have AAAA quality freshwater pearls and zircons.

Myoh jewels are made of nickel free 925 silver and gold or rhodium plated: These materials are antibacterial and inert and are as compatible as possible with your skin. We have tested our products extensively and have not detected any cases of intolerance. 

MyOH stands for “My Other Half” and we want your jewel to be your companion for your life. 

If you take care of the jewel in the best possible way you will be surprised by its durability (see FAQ 06).

And if the plating gets damaged?

We have chosen to create our jewels in Sterling silver because this, unlike less noble and cheaper materials, can be galvanized again, you will be able to renew your jewel, even after years*. Furthermore, at the end of its life your jewel will never be waste, you can melt it down and give it new life!

*Processing at the customer's expense if out of warranty

Plating is a galvanic process that involves applying a thin layer of metallic material to a substrate. We apply, yellow gold, rose gold or rhodium. On our jewels the plating is a process carried out with care and with a thickness suitable to resist over time, with thicknesses varying from 0.5 to 3 microns based on the wear to which the product is intended.

All our jewelery has a 2 year guarantee. This guarantee is international and applicable to every product. During this warranty period if your Myoh becomes damaged it will be repaired or replaced*.

If your product is no longer under warranty, we still offer a repair service, send us your jewel and we will evaluate its condition. We will offer you a quote to refresh your jewel or, if you prefer, you will receive a discount code for the purchase of a new one. Out-of-warranty repairs include: fixing pearls and cubic zirconia, soldering components, electroplating and polishing to restore your jewelry to its original appearance. The refurbished product will have a new 12 month warranty.

*The warranty covers product defects. Any wear due to normal use or breakages due to improper use are not covered by the warranty. Check what our guidelines are for best preserving your jewel and not being caught by surprises!

To best preserve your jewel, remember to place it in its packaging when you are not wearing it. During use, avoid contact with aggressive substances such as soaps, detergents, creams or make-up. 

Always wear your jewelery after styling your hair to minimize contact with substances that could damage the jewelery's plating. 

Avoid wearing the jewel in aggressive environments such as in the swimming pool or on the beach. If this happens, try to rinse the product well in fresh water and dry it thoroughly as soon as possible. 

Periodically remember to clean and polish the products with a soft cloth to maintain their shine. You can safely use microfiber cloths found in optical stores.

Silver is a material that naturally tends to oxidize and take on a darker tone. Our yellow gold and rhodium jewels are extremely resistant so they will hardly develop oxide.

Rose gold jewelry has this color thanks to a small percentage of copper added to the gold alloy. Over time, copper, like silver, tends to oxidize and therefore change color slightly.

In any case, if your jewel oxidises slightly, simply rub it with a microfibre cloth and in a few moments it will be as good as new!

Acquisitions

When you have identified your Myoh jewel, select the variant you want on the product page and click on "Add to Cart". Repeat this operation if for the jewels you wish to purchase. Remember that our products are all sold individually (FAQ 11). 

Click on your cart at the top right and, if everything is as you wish, click on "Place your Order".

Now you can choose whether to register or continue purchasing as a guest (FAQ 12). Follow the instructions and after entering the shipping and payment details you will have completed your order!

Check your inbox, we will have sent a summary email with all the details. 

If you don't see your confirmation within 2 hours, check that it isn't in your junk mailbox. If you do not see the email, contact customer service at hello@myohjewelry.com.

Our jewels are all purchased individually because Myoh believes in creativity and the possibility of expressing one's creativity at any time of the day! 

Choose the pieces you like most and combine them as you want to create your own unique set, with a contemporary asymmetrical style, Mix & Match.

If you want a symmetrical look add two identical pieces of jewelry to your cart and you will receive them as a pair. 

Check that the earring you want has a right and left version. In this case you must add one piece on each side to the cart.

You can also express creativity in symmetry! Use Charms to create your own unique look.

It is not needed. You can also make your purchases as a guest.

For us every jewel is a gift. Precisely for this reason you will receive your Myoh packaged with the utmost care.

There are no price tags inside the packaging, while in the shipping box you will find the purchase receipt.

If you want your gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please indicate your need in the notes and, if you wish, also include a message. We will make sure to include a courtesy receipt and include your thoughts in your jewels.

Orders

Have you made a purchase and changed your mind? 

- You can make changes to your order by emailing customer service at hello@myohjewelry.com. If the order has already been shipped it will no longer be possible to make changes.

- You can cancel an order without obligation within two hours of sending it. Email customer service hello@myohjewelry.com. Beyond two hours it is always possible to request customer service to cancel the order but the possibility of cancellation is not guaranteed if it has already been processed. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests and give you a top-level service.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can change your shipping address by contacting customer service: hello@myohjewelry.com.

Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer change your address and you will need to contact DHL in your country directly.

Myoh Jewelry will not be responsible for any extra shipping costs related to changing your delivery address or the inability to change the address itself.

To guarantee the security of payments we rely on the shopify.com payments platform.

We use third party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries comply with the PCI standard, which is the most rigorous level of certification that ensures that all cardholder data is stored, processed and transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption technology.

Shipping

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email together with the link to track your order and at the same time you will also receive the courier's email to track your shipment.

Alternatively, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

We ship all our jewels by express courier and we entrust our shipments to DHL Express to guarantee delivery in the shortest possible time. 

This service includes deliveries from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed during the weekend will be taken over by the courier on Monday or in any case on the first possible working day.

We ship worldwide!

We undertake to ship your jewel within 7 working days of receiving the order (but generally in much less time!) and we use DHL Express as a shipping method which delivers to most of the Italian territory in two working days from the shipping date and to the EU in four working days. For information on delivery times, please visit the relevant DHL website

MyOH undertakes to keep in close contact with the courier to guarantee delivery times, however we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier.  

You will receive an email with the tracking code when your order ships. You can use this number to track your order on the DHL website. If you log in to your account on myohjewelry.com , you will also be able to track your delivery by selecting the shipping code.

Below are our shipping conditions:

- Italy: free for orders over €150.
- Eurozone: free for orders over €250.
- Other destinations: free for orders over €350.

Returns and Exchanges

Certainly! 

You can return the goods for a full refund within 30 days of purchase by sending an email to customer service at hello@myohjewelry.com. 

You will receive all the information to proceed from our customer service. 

To access the refund, the product must be intact with its packaging and must not have been worn. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in the following cases:

- The jewelry was damaged during transportation

- the size of the product does not fit (check the dimensions in the description of each product)

- the jewel has a defect

We accept exchanges and follow the same conditions as returns. 

- The item must have been sold on our online store 

- The item must not have been used in any way 

- The item must be in its original packaging intact

- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
